Return Process

  Place the item in its original collector's box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with padding.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
